Mimi
received a B.S. from Boston College in accounting and economics in 1987,
and an M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo in 1993. Prior to joining
Harold C. Brown & Co. in 1996, Mimi practiced as a CPA at Ernst and Young,
and later worked at M&T Bank. She is now a senior vice president and
owner of the firm. As managing member, Mimi heads the firm's management
team. Her responsibilities also include financial plan reviews,
portfolio management and group administration. She is also a

professional
