McCOLLUM
Chuck
joined the firm in 1961, after receiving an A.S. degree from Bryant and
Stratton in 1958. Chuck became the third president of the firm in 1994,
succeeding Herb Harvey, the son-in-law of founder Harold C. Brown.
Currently chairman of the firm, he is also a senior portfolio manager and
advises clients on appropriate investments. Having experienced many market
cycles, Chuck has honed his analytical skills and is well respected for
his stock selection abilities.
Chuck also serves on the firm’s investment
council committee, which meets weekly with the firm’s research analysts to
guide Harold C. Brown & Co.'s investment philosophy and decision making.
